I am 13week pregnant(touchwood) with no issues.
But from around 9weeks, I have had congestion and nasal blockage and cough for few weeks. It was fine a week ago.
Later in these 2-3 days, i have developed sore throat and nasal congestion again ,but no fever or colored mucus. It hurts when i swallow saliva. What to do, i am tired of this from the day my pregnancy has been confirmed. I am unable to enjoy the pregnancy phase due to this constant nasal blockage and cold symptoms. I am trying salt water gargle and lozenges, but so help so far with the sore throat. .Please help me.
