From last 3 days after vomiting i am feeling pain in my throat, just like scratches, and can we take antibiotic medicines if suffering from viral fever?

hello.. due to excessive vomiting or retching your throat must have got inflammed....tk good rest...drink lots of water...i think something like paracetamol should relieve your pain...as far as antibiotics is concerned... viral fever as such doesn't require antibiotics... to prevent the bacterial infection we give it..consult a physician before taking antibiotics...
