I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Zenflox-oz twice a week for 3 days.
Drink plenty of fluids and ORS.
Warm salt water gargles thrice a day.
If it still persists, get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. . best regards.
