Sore on head of my grand father

My grandfather have some sore on his head..which grows in size with time and blood comes out of it after gaining in size. I can share photograph if required. Please help

Best is take him to any dermatologist or surgeon. There can be lot of reason of sore on his head. Its better to assess the depth and rule out anything else which can be reason for this sore.
