Ultrasonography is a test a type of radiological imaging technique to visualise the internal organs.
PCOD Stands for poly cystic ovarian disease.
In this there can be visualised a typical appearance called pearl necklace appearance over the ovaries. This is because the cysts are arranged on the peripheries of the ovary and looks like a pearl necklace.
Get the USG done.
