Son falls on back head and vomitted 2-3
Dears Doctors ,
My son aged 7 while playing, falls on back head . Some swelling is there and he vomitted 2-3 times after that in period of 4 hours. Vomitting is mainly after he ate or drink something. He also experience some pain. Please guide.
