Somthing like gamauri

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have been feeling some thing like gamauri in my lower Beard.please check the photo. I am not having any itching but this in not going away after almost 2 weeks. Please suggest some medicine or cream. I am not facing any problem while saving.
