Sometimes pain or heavy side in chest

Hello, I feel heavy on the left side of my chest and sometimes pain and feeling suffocation In diwali i had 2d eco n ecg and the cardiologist said ur heart is functioning properly and had ecg in jan it was ok But yesterday i was feeling pain n suffocation n pain I'm worried that there is any blockage issues or heart attack symptoms. Request you to guide me
