Sometimes I get pain in the heart
Sometimes I get pain in the heart and it goes off in some time. Sometimes after getting the pain, I feel that it may be due to Gastric and will go for toilet. I also feel very sleepy through out the day. Please suggest on how to go about this health issues.

get yourself investigated to look for risk factors like
1. diabetes
2. hypertension
3. smoking
4. family history of cardiac disease
5. high cholesterol
if you have any of the above then tou need to take a TMT( stress test) as next step.
