Sometimes Chest pain

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Hello, my triglycerides cholesterol is 190, LDL 139, SGPT 70.3, Vitamin D 14.5, vitamin B 1297 . I m taking tetan AM tblt for high BP. Sometimes i feel heavy ness in my chest and sometimes feel mild pain.suffering since 2 months. I hv spondylitis too. echo and ECG reports (done almost 2 yrs ago)came normal. any suggestions.

You should repeat the ECG and ECHO. Get a Coronary angiography done to rule out Coronary Artery Disease (CAD).
