Observing this from last 5 months occasionally whenever i swallow and the epiglottis moves up, something along with the epiglottis pops up like a thrust. though i feel no pain but still can feel it. this doesn't happen every time but yes happens 10% times out of 100. the thing started after i suffered pharyngitis 4months back. any suggestions?
my medical history is, as long as I remember, often i suffer headaches due to my blocked nose and then i have to take vapour to soothe the pain.
