Hello,
I noticed this and there is a slight pain on my left eye. I'm a cricketer and right after practice I found out this. It is little painful as well. I have attached an image as reference.

Though the photo is blur but this looks like inflammed tarsal gland
Try
A warm compresses
B. Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloaxacin twice daily along lid margins
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
Kindly consult local ophthalmologist

It's molluscum contagiosum ..please put moxicip eye drops 2hrly and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids .also do hot foamentation. If it ruptures then ok ,otherwise it may need operation.
