I just noticed from few days that some skin infections are spreading all over the body except my face, dont know what actually it is.

It looks like acute urticaria U can take anti histaminic like Allegra 120 mg bed time for few days Apply histo calamine lotion at 2 times in 24 HS 12 hrly
