Some pain and kind of holding at my hear
I've been haing some kindmof minor painand kindmof holding and prilling in my heart and it's continuously occuring. I went and check my heart and he did ecg,echo, tmt but in reports everything is normal and he advised me nothing to worry but i've been getting thins kind of pain oftenly. Kindly advise me the best solution to lead life helthily.

Yes if your ECG, ECHO, TMT are normal then it is less likely to be a heart-related issue. Appears to be muscle - pull or musculoskeletal problem.

Take a week's course of painkiller+muscle relaxant prescription from a local physician.

Ur cardiac evaluation is normal so it's not heart related. Could be musculoskeletal or gastritis or anxiety related. In any case it's not a serious issue so nothing to worry
