I M 22YEARS OLD ......MY LEFT EYE IS -6.00 AND MY RIGHT EYE IS -6.00(10 DEGREE)......OF HIGHER MYOPIA.......SO I FACED A LOT OF PROBLEM IN MY JOB.....AM I ELIGIBLE FOR PWD CERTIFICATE FOR LOW VISION...PLS HELP ME.................
