Soft motions. 3 (on dec 19) to 11. 6 kg!

Hello Doc, Sorry for the long post.We had come to our hometown on Dec 17th n since then my baby is having a tough time adjusting. Summarising d history, he suffered from cold, cough, viral diarrhoea, vomiting from Dec 19th to 25th n was on antibiotics, probiotics n cold medicines. Slowly he was getting better but motions were soft (semi solid) post medications as well. He was ok for 15 days but fromJan 15th, he was down with cold n cough again n was on cold medicines. again he got loose motions and fever for a day n from 20th Jan, he is having semi soft motions. He is on Tummy soft n zinconia syrup since last 12 days but stool is still semi fluid. Today we did d stool test n got leukocytes of 8-10 n reducing substance is Detected (trace). Plz see d attached report. Our family paed is asking only to continue tummy soft/enterogermina but local doc is telling to start antibiotics taxim o for 7 days. Please advise what to do. Also his weight has reduced from 12.3 (on Dec 19)to 11.6 kg
