Soft erections hallow rubbery
From few months i was am having anal fissure problem and anal spasms...but from last 15 days i am having soft erection, felling penis somewhat hallow and rubbery with no pain ,Also semen is watery now.
Before this i had night erection where penis had tight erection and had some few min pain in side area but then no pain.
I need to operate for anal spasm.
This is has connection to spasm?? Why is this happening.
