SOB, chest pain, fainting,

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have had a problem since December 2016 until now. I suddenly get difficulty breathing, feeling of fainting, tachzcardia, hands and feet sweating, chest pain and sometimes high blood pressure but not always and dehydration and recently when my attacks start to sooth I have a forced burp and excessive urinating.
