Soar vomit at brushing

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Every alternate day , i do sore ( khatti) vomit at the time of tooth brushing in the morning. Rest of the everything is fine. 1 day , very very minute traces of blood seen in cough. Please suggest what happened to me

Simple.. don't do retching during brushing teeth. Stop using tongue cleaner, instead use your tooth brush & wipe your tongue horizontally gently.
