Asked for Female, 25 Years

My power prescribed is minus 8..its stabilised 5yrs ago ..during my hospital visit i cant read last line so they suggest increase in point 5 power...but in home i have snelle chart with 20 ft i see clearly with minus 7 power old glasses itself...i m confused which power i should use

You should check vision with standard snellen chart at appropriate distance. In my opinion you should trust your ophthalmologist, as these standards are maintained in hospital/ clinic setup.
