Hi, I am Dr. Atul Kumar Nimawat, MS ENT. Given your past history of sinusitis (2018) and the presence of frequent, uncontrollable sneezing in the morning hours, the most likely diagnosis is allergic rhinitis.
Next Steps
For a more accurate assessment and personalized treatment, it is best to consult the nearest ENT specialist. A clinical examination, including an evaluation of your nasal passages and throat, can provide more detailed information than what can be determined through symptoms alone.
Health Tips
Nasal cleansing and the use of a nasal spray may help relieve your symptoms. However, it is important to visit your nearest ENT hospital for a thorough evaluation. A detailed examination will allow the specialist to provide you with the most appropriate and effective treatment.
