I have a DNS toward left side with paradoxical right middle turbinate , and seek to septoplasty or want to know that septoplasty is also correct the turbinate problem? When you get it operated at a civil hospital or a medical college hospital, you are at the mercy of trainee surgeons, as the staff are bound by law to train these surgeons. Moreover, most of the senior surgeons have a flourishing private practice on the sly! Penny pinching here will lead to lifelong regret!
