Smthing yellow & circular on tonsil wall
First it was a yellow color boil type something,
Later it it got flatten and yellow in color on the left tonsil wall.
Having difficulty in swallowing.
And I tried to touch it with a cotton swab - The swab was having a yellow color liquid.
I cannot upload a pic here but it looks similar to canker sore.
To be honest I m not financially well (since I had a root canal last week) beacuse I m out of my hometown and 20 days more left to get back there.

You seem to be having keratosis pharyngeus which is not really a problem to worry about. If you don't have any symptoms such as throat pain and difficulty in swallowing then you can avoid taking any treatment and use salt water gargling
