Smelly stool stomach discomfort
Epigastric pain burn , smelly stool feel incomplete evacuation and I have tiredness body ache and low mood is there a connection between these , consulted almost 5 gastroenterologist but no one could find the root cause. If I have clean diet there won't be bodyache tiredness or mood upset but it starts if start to consume outside food junk and all.os it SIBO,SIFO,leaky gut??
