Smegma formation under foreskin
The last few months, I hv noticed an inordinate amount of smegma forming under my foreskin..I wash my penis and foreskin daily..but by night, there is substantial smegma formed again.
When I clean it, I can notice some red spots/patches on my penile skin. There is a constant itching sensation around my foreskin. Please help

Have you tested for urine infection?
If not go for it.
Smegma to be cleaned twice with soap if not happy with once in a day cleaning.
