Small tiny size red boil on scrotum skin

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi All, I am having a very small size 2 boils on my scrotum skin testis area for the past 6 months with no pain, only if touch them very minute pain is there ..i left it as i thought it will go off automatically but it's still there after 6 months Iam getting married so worried about this..is there any treatment with tablets and ointments, If i hold them in hand its like a small round ball inside . that is steatocytoma multiplex nodule. it will NOT resolve with creams..and it will NOT resolve on its own.. you will have to be surgically removed. hope this is helpful .
