Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hello doctor...I'm 28 yrs old..I have small testicles...patchy beard...10ml each...well less than 18ml average size ...I checked everything 2 years before with sexologist... Clinical parameters were all ok...FSH, LH, Prolaction and other parameters including sperm count...but TESTOSTERONE was only on lower side ...297 ng/dl...may I know what might be the cause for small testicles?? Is there any way to increase testicles size? Genetics wise my paternal and maternal side are no problem and were normal. I'm going to married soon..pl tell me the truth...
