Mid calf, right side. About 3" in diameter and spreading over last two days. Skin has become tight,red and swollen. Painfull to the slightest touch

take broad spectrum antibiotics like Amoxicillin 500mg three times a day , paracetamol 650mg three times a day for 3 to 4days ,if not subsiding ,pus has to be drained out by doing  I&D
