I am 23 year old boy.. My weight is 108kgs.. I don't know why..?? My penis is very small.. And during erection it is huge.. If I touch my testis it is paining.. I use to mastrubate daily.. How to control mastrubating and also how to increase my penis size.

If you have good erected penis length, then need not to worry. Flacid penis look small when looked from above specially on fatty males due to huge fat above penis ( it conceals in fat). Consult any urologist .
