Clearly observe the 2 bumps on the left side of the eyelids... I get these offten with 1 or 2 day it will disappear... What are this, why is it caused? How can I avoid them coming in the future?

It's a chronic lids gland infection. Please do hot foamentation.and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and rub zyaqua cleanser twice daily on lids.

B lid massage with index finger tightly from up to down followed by application of antibiotic

Its a mild lid infection where oil glands called mebomian glands are blocked which produce these kind of swellings... use antibiotic ointment like moxicip 2 times a day along with hot compressions at least for 2 weeks...
