My son has small pimples like thing on top of the eye skin

hello there.
if you mean on the upper eye lid edge there are small pimple like lesions, it could be stye.
but it can be definitively said.
we have to see it to identify the condition.
kindly attach a picture and repost the question or consult a ophthalmologist.
