Hi i am 18 year old boy and i have small penis problem .i have 4 inches when erect or 3.5 inches.i have a habbit of masturbation and i masturbate from 5 years .

Variation in size of penis is common. Penis size depends on genetic and hormonal factors etc.
However, 4 inch size in erect state is in normal range in Indian men.
Sice you are still 18 yrs report for examination and for lab tests to a sexologist.
