Small pain and discomfort around vagina

Hello! I've been having sex about 2-3 times a week and I ALWAYS use condoms. But lately, I've been feeling swelling around the lower and medium parts of my vagina, a little but of itching, white creamy discharge, and the smell though, its normal. I'm afraid I might have an infection, or it could also be that my partner is big and rough during sex
