Tiny moles can be due to various reasons. These moles can be treated by homoeopathic treatment. As far as hair fall is concerned,if it's acute then it may be seasonal or else there could be many reasons if its chronic.
Next Steps
You should consult homoeopathic doctor and so that your case could be taken properly.

Hey, the thing with moles is that they can be because of different reasons and the only way to get rid of them is by a proper case talking and thorough treatment. Hair fall in this season is common b cause of dryness of the weather and also dandruff. You need to oil your hair atleast 2 times a week and go for a non medicated shampoo whichever suits your scalp. Donot shampoo your hair too often and avoid using shampoos with very high protein content. If these steps donot help you than go for a proper homoeopathic treatment
Next Steps
Avoid self medication. Eat healthy food and seasonal fruits. Exercise regularly.
Health Tips
Avoid going to doctors who prescribe multiple medicines at a time and/or give you ointments or other things for external application.
