I'm 21, and my height is 4ft.
I see the ads of various products for being tall.. some are powder and some medicines.
Should I opt for them?
Is there any other alternative except for these to grow taller?

Hello, it is not possible to grow height when growth plate in long bones close,, which is around the age of 18-20years in females. Your average life long height is pretty much what you have now. There are no medicines or powders are there to help to grow height once you cross that age,, even if you take it will lead to side effects or simply waste of money.
