I have been suffering from hand and feet burning since last 3 years and the pain has become uncontrollable day by day. I also do suffer from oral lichn planus which is result of autoimmune disorder. Pls advise me whether both the diseaes are curable or not.

Constant burning in limbs distally obviously indicating underlying small fiber neuropathy...now if u match it with some autoimmune disorder like lichen planus, I can tell u that autoimmune causes of small fiber neuropathy are not that rare...n u have to evaluate... obviously if it's autoimmune, there is high chance of response to medications...
