  4. Small bumps on back of head. What is it?

Small bumps on back of head
My son is 6.5 months old. Yesterday I suddenly noticed 2-3 small bumps like things on the back side of his head.It is behind both the ears and near to the neck joint on both sides. It is slipping when I am pressing it. What is it? I am worried. Please advice.
