Sorry for not using correct words as I dont know medical terms for it. But there are lots of things we can see recently on my sisters hands and legs. They are itching. And full of water inside. It cures after someday and new bubbles are seen in there again. Please suggest.

Greetings. Your sister may probably be having pompholyx - probably due to contact with some kind of an allergen. Try to see if contact with any particular substance is triggering this. You need to see a qualified dermatologist near you or send in pictures of the same on follow up messaging . warm regards.
