Small acne on right side
I had a clear skin , from past one month I have noticed that on right side of my face, many white head type very small non painful pimples have grown. This doesn't appear much unless noticed from very close, but it concerns me a lot. I wash my face twoce a day ( or sometimes even once if I am tired) no make up routine done, simply kajal and lipstick removed by cleanser at night if applied. Pl advice. I am worried if its not a type of herpes or similar problem.

Picture is very unclear. But they do look like verruca plana or flat warts, which spread. Do not fiddle with them Do not rub them or try to remove them. Pat dry normal side first and then the affected side. See a dermatologist .
