I am taking PT treatment last one month i.e. ice pack, hot pack,vibration,ultrasonic, Cycling, stretching, etc. Now I am feeling better after taking PT treatment. May this problem come back again after quiting PT treatment.

Quiting PT treatment will not cause the problem again, but you need to strength your core and back muscles as well as some posture correction exercises.
Make sure you do exercise at least 3 days a week to maintain flexibility and muscle strength.
Chances of reoccurring problem will be less.
