My baby boy is 1year 3 months old now.he is walking with the support. He is on formula feed and his current weight is 14 kgs. Now I want him to stop formula milk and continue with the food. The problem with him is that through out the day he is fine without having milk in his bottle but at nights he is addicted to his bottle milk how can i switch it?? When ever i go out I used to carry a bottle of milk for him now i want to stop that please let me know what alternatives i can take when I am travelling instead of milk. How can i help him to get in to a healthy diet and forgot about milk.

Giving milk during night times is a bad practice. There are no specific ways to curb it. You have to find your ur own way... Regarding healthy diet, whatever you ppl are eating, he should also have now...
