Slightly flat feet
Very athletic until 3 years ago. Hurt 1 of my feet 5 yr ago, got healed in some time. Ankle and foot sprain, no bone injury, caused by jumping from height. 2 yr ago hurt same foot in same way, pain persisted after that. A doctor advised silicone insole which helped a lot. Another doctor says i have slightly flat feet.
