Slight yellowing of eyes

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I recently started taking Adderall 30mg daily since June 23rd. I have since noticed a very slight yellowing of the whites of my eyes. Understanding that long term use of adderall could cause liver damage I don't understand if it can happen in a matter of 2 weeks.
