Slght pain in rt lwr abdmn when pressee

I have been experiencing slight pain when I press my lower right abdomen but otherwise without pressing no pain . In the year 2022 I had severe pain sane area doctor checked did usg and said nothing to worry gave some medicine like olab o, jemoheak a nd a pain killers for five days it went away . But now again when I press right lower abdomen it slightly pains but otherwise no pain at all. Is, it ibs or any other thing not appendix na doctor...
