My twin sons are 3years 4 months old. I am struggling to decide their nap routines. After lunch they get drowsy but they want to play and they resist sleeping. I have to persuade or force them to nap because they look very sleepy but are active and want to play. Should I let them skip their naps from now on? I tried it one day and they were ok but by 6pm they were very tired and dull looking. So is this a correct age to skip naps?
Usually if they nap for 2 hours and wake up at 4pm they sleep at night around 10.30. If not, they will be asleep by 9 but restless in sleep till 12 or so. What should I do?
