  3. Sleep problem. No help. please advise.

Sleep problem
I am diabetis for last15 yrs. Blood sugar in control HIBAC 6.7. Lot of gas forms in night after dinner and I have constipation. Have been taking Kayam churna(aruvedic.) That helps having motion butI feel it causes acidity & gas due to which I am not able to sleep. Even alprax at times does no help. Please advise.

Are you taking any medication for diabetes containing Metformin as the salt.
