Sleep problem
I am 35yr old male. From last 3months i have a problem that when I go to sleep in afternoon (2-3pm) I am unable to sleep. When I go for sleep i thought that I shall have to sleep today but not fell asleep. But in night I slept for 6-7hours. Previously i felt sleep within 30min. But from last 3month this happens. Everyday i went to sleep with a mind that I will sleep today but unable to sleep. I am very nervous. What will i do now? How to get back the sleep order. Please help.

Anxiety will reduce sleep. Go to bed only when you feel asleep.
