Sleep difficulty
I stay in Hyderabad and work for an e-commerce company based in the US. My work timings are 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM. However, I almost always end up working 2-3 hrs extra every day. I've always had sleep issues starting from my college days. But it's become worse after I started working, especially because of the weird shift timings. I'm not able to sleep for 6-7 hrs at a stretch. Instead, I sleep for about 2-3 hrs twice a day with a gap of 3-4 hrs in between. This has been going on for about 6 months now and it's severely affecting my health. I feel tired all the time, my eyes are always sore and I feel it is affecting my cognitive abilities as well. I've been fumbling a lot while talking and I can't think straight. Please advise.

I thought I'm reading my own problems. Please try to get at least 6 hours of sleep in one go. Lack of sleep may cause mild headache after waking up. Drowsiness all the time. Never feeling fresh. Puffiness of face and around eyes. Weakness and lack of energy. Please do morning walk daily. Get exposed to morning sunlight. Melatonin section will reset your circadian rhythm (body's own clock system). Healthy diet and avoidance of intoxicants. Please feel free to consult for any advice and management. Thank you.
