Sleep apnea
I snore at night. Recently, my brother told me that I seem to have trouble while breathing while asleep. Also, I tend to wake up with dry throat 3-4 times every night and I find that my pillow is wet with sweat (even in AC). I have started feeling sleepy during the day. I googled and found that this condition is called Sleep Apnea. What is the solution for this? (I am overweight, so could this be because of this? I am a 38 yr old male)

You seem to be suffering from obstructive sleep apnea. Causes for this include obesity, deviated nasal septum, decreased tone of palate and pharyngeal muscles, tongue base hypertrophy etc. You may need to undergo detailed clinical examination and sleep study to confirm the diagnosis
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
