Sleep advice
My mum and dad go to bed at 5.30 am I have read that to bed afierce midnight 12.00am is dangerous for your healthoughts and can cause serrors probelms ,So can tell I learned the time from 9pm from 12.00am is a recovery period so would it be right to say going to bed before 12.00am is a proper time can you confirm what I have said is correct with a yes or other

Yes u r ryt,early to bed and early wakeup is the best way.please councel them properly
